Knights who say Ni(ce) … sorry MP

Chateau Saint Martin is a Relais and Chateau hotel in the midst of a 12th Century Knights Templar castle on the edge of a hill with glorious views over the Cote d’Azur. As well as a fine spa and beautiful infinity swimming pool it has a very handy 2 Michelin Star restaurant. There’s a fine collection of wines which you can get to tour around if you smile sweetly at the sommelier and it houses the cellars for the sister hotel at Eden Roc through the links to the Oetker Collection (strange visions of yoghurt spring to mind ?)
